  • Our mobile notary service is great for individuals who can’t drive or would prefer their signing be conducted at home or in another setting of their choosing. Our traveling notary routinely services the Fort Worth metro area along with other cities such as Fremont, Valley, Waterloo and Lincoln.

    Our mobile notary services are ideal for signers suffering from an injury or illness who are currently at home, at a hospital or a rehabilitation facility. Our notary public travels to the signer (within the state of Texas), keeping the process as professional, quick and convenient as possible. Contact us to schedule an appointment.

  • Our office in Valley, Texas, roughly 20 minutes west of Fort Worth, provides signers with a private, neutral setting for notarizing documents. Meetings with a notary public are by appointment only. Contact us for directions and to schedule an appointment.

About Your Notary

Brenda L Scott grew up and attended school in Fort Worth, Texas. She currently resides in Douglas. William is a graduate of the University of Texas at Fort Worth (2002-2006) and Skutt Catholic (1999-2002). William has held a commission as a notary public in the state of Texas since 2023.

Since founding Scott's Notary Republic Services LLC, William has helped several individuals with their notary needs. As a mobile notary, William routinely travels to cities, to notarize documents at signers’ homes and workplaces, though she routinely visits rehabilitation centers, hospitals and assisted living facilities.
